BEING ECONOMIC WITH THE SOAP SUDS.

Today,  in our house, there have been two dishwashers in action on three occasions.  Maybe tomorrow, we can reduce it to two dishwashers doing two washes.

I always did think that one dishwasher is not enough. If you have two, you can use them alternately as a place to store clean things, without ever having to put them away. You just take them out of one, use them and then put them in the other. Possibly you should have three. A single dishwasher is continual drudgery - putting things in, taking them out putting them away, feeding the pesky thing with three different foods - salt, some blue liquid, some kind of detergent cake.

Done by hand it is a kind of worship. But housework is of course a broad church.

I really giggled at this; thanks Vincent. It almost makes the drudge worthwhile.

Churches and housework gives lots of breadth of thought.

Maybe there will be a day where your life will be fine with one dish washer, hehe..

I look forward to that - I guess it will not be a fast process.
